March against racism and fascism
Commemoration of the 1978 Anti Nazi League march against the Nazis
Sunday 27th April 2008,
Weavers Field, London E2 to Victoria Park, London E3.
Assemble at Weavers Field 9.30am onwards, march to leave 11.00am

Unite Against Fascism is supporting this commemoration march will take place on Sunday 27th April 2008, assembling at Weavers Field, Tower Hamlets, London and march a short distance to Victoria Park, Tower Hamlets, London ( via Old Ford Road).
This event marks the 30th anniversary of the successful Anti Nazi League march against the Nazis of 1978 which took place from Trafalgar Square to Victoria Park.
All welcome, trade union members please come along and bring delegations and banners on this march. There will be brass bands and samba bands on the precession. We would encourage people to bring friends and family as it will be celebration of unity bringing people together Black, Asian, and white, Muslim, Christian, and other faith communities, LGBT and disability communities, in opposition to racism and division, as the Anti Nazi League did 30 years ago.
